Yesterday Today and Tomorrow Estate Sales and Liquidation, LLC, doing business as YTT Estate Sales (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates yttestatesales.com and conducts in-person estate liquidation sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.
We also collect your mobile phone number if you choose to receive a receipt by text message at one of our in-person sales. See Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send you order confirmations and updates
- Send you a receipt for a purchase, by email or text message, if you request one
- Respond to your comments and questions

- Send you marketing communications (with your consent)
3. SMS/Text Message Communications
We send text messages from the toll-free number (866) 708-0176 for one purpose only: delivering a receipt for a purchase you have made in person at one of our estate sales.
How you consent. At the register, after your purchase is complete, you may choose to receive your receipt by text message. You enter your own mobile number on the register tablet and tap a separate, un-checked consent box. Consent is never required in order to complete a purchase. If you decline, you receive a printed paper receipt.
What we send. A single message per purchase, containing your receipt. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages from this number.
Message frequency. One message per purchase.
Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@yttestatesales.com.
Data sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party. Your number is used only to send the receipt described above, and is passed only to our messaging provider, Twilio, for delivery.
Text messages relating to our online auctions at yttauction.com are a separate program with separate consent, and are described in our Auction Privacy Policy. Consenting to one does not enroll you in the other.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for, as described in Section 3.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, and you may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.
